		<description>Hello..Thanks so much for this article on sprinting...I Just added this to my Walking routine today..And I feel Great!!..I usually start out with a 20 min Speed walk..Then Lunges..Side kicks and squats..Then I sprit at my max speed 6-7 times with only a 10 second rest..I definatey feel better and look good..Anyone considering this There is nothing to think about ..Do it!! IT WORKS..you&#039;ll be very happy:))</description>

thanks for the training advice regarding sprinting. So, i added about 4-5 sprinting periods to my jogging routine today, and I felt great afterwards! I sprinted on one side of the high school track, then walked, jog a little the other half. So, thanks again!</description>
