		<description>I have to say that while I love watching the Biggest Loser for the entertainment value I am aghast as what they put those obese people through.  They go from couch potato to working out 4-5 hours a day in one day and that&#039;s just sick.  No wonder the majority of them gain a good (bad really) amount of weight back....the show is just so unrealistic!  I lost 50 pounds a few years ago and while I have gone up and down a bit over those years its only been a bit and for the most part I&#039;ve kept it off.  Hard, but realistic work is what takes the pounds of and keeps them off.</description>
